LeadCentric live by the premise that Learning is fundamental to effective leadership. What we try to do here at LeadCentric is engage with participants in the most conducive learning environments possible and develop leadership interventions aimed at meeting them 'where they are'.

Three basic premises of LeadCentric's approach to helping organisations develop effective leadership development initiatives are:                                                 - Leadership mainly concerns itself with the interaction of people                        - Leadership Development must be measured by its affect on performance/results                                                                                         - Leadership Development must be evaluated by its affect on the workforce

Our Leadership Development approach is based on three key functions: 'Raising Awareness', 'Supporting Development' and 'Developing Leaders'
